Lead Teacher

Gerber Child Development Center has completed our infant and toddler addition is looking for lead teachers. These are full time positions with shifts ranging from 8:00am to 4:00pm or 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday, shorter shifts are also available equating to 25 hours a week available upon request and if schedule fits program needs.

Duties: Providing general care needs for children 6 weeks to 1 year, engagement in classroom activities, and some light cleaning of our facility.

Experience: Lead teacher qualified is preferred. However, we are willing to train applicants without previous experience, which leads to subsequent pay raises.

Compensation: $12.00-$15.00 an hour and is based on applicant’s education and experience, with raises attached to completion of self-paced training opportunities. Including incentive pay, attendance bonuses, and 401(k) participation, employees can make as much as $20.00 per hour.
